Yesterday we got back from a little trip up to Albuquerque. We mostly went to see Grandma Opal (Sean's 93 year old grandmother...wow!), but we also got to do some shopping, eating, and meeting up with old friends for some fun. We had never been to the aquarium or Explora before, so we took Sophia to both this trip. It was a lot of fun.

Yes....she was a little freaked out by this fish that kept opening and closing it's huge mouth at us; it looked like it was choking or something. I told her to pretend to kiss it, but there was no way she was going to do that!
Here she is playing with Jayven Lucero at the boat exhibit. We met up with him, his sweet momma Trisha, and baby Adria for the Aquarium. It was so good to see friends!

My sweet friend, Katie, is selling all natural soaps and lotions, and she and her mother make these precious aprons. It's hard to find one for a child, so we were excited to buy one at the arts and crafts fair they were set up at. We love it!
