This is a fitting title since Sophia loves ABBA.... She had her first dance recital yesterday, in a show for ages 6 and under called "Land of the Littles". So much fun seeing just the little girls get their turn on the big stage! She took pre-ballet this year and they did a number to an old school (very old school) song called "Thumbelina". We were really proud of her for getting up there and following along (for the most part!). They're just fun and funny to watch at that age!

She had dress rehearsals all last week, and then on Thursday we added in the makeup. She was SUPER excited to get some blush, pretty eyes, and lipstick (which by the way we were told specific colors to wear, such as RED lipstick.....which I don't even own.....which I had to go to Wal-Mart to buy just for the recital). Grayer was making the funniest face in this picture.
We followed tradition and gave her some flowers after her recital. She had a really great year in dance this year.....we'll see what next year holds!
