Are you wondering what in the world this post is about??!! I couldn't think of anything creative to title it. Basically, it's what we've been up to the last few weeks. Sophia's cousin, Emmy, turned 5 last week, and she had a fantabulous cheerleading birthday party. Emmy's big sister, Shelby, is one of the varsity cheerleaders for CHS (go big blue!!) and she and a few other cheerleaders did a mini cheerleading clinic for the birthday girl and her friends! Isn't that a fun idea? First, they got painted nails and some makeup, and then they went outside for the cheering fun. Sophia was all over it, let me tell you. We're pretty sure that if she does go into cheerleading someday, she'll definitely be the one flying in the air since she's teensy weensy. Here are some pictures from the party.
Each girl got a cute little tshirt that said "Emmy's cheer party" and they also got a fun hair tie and pom poms! Gotta make 'em real cheerleaders, right!!
And, then out of nowhere the other day we get this massive hailstorm. I'm seriously talking about a hail storm so loud that my mom couldn't hear me very well over the phone. Our metal roof was SO LOUD!! Our gutters drain off of the house into our front flower beds, but this time instead of rain we got a mountain of pea-sized hail! Isn't this crazy??!!
Yes, that would be my son perched inside of the cup drawer. It was literally angled down on the verge of breaking. For whatever reason that day, he felt the need to wedge his body into tight spaces. I found him in a basket, a drum, and then the drawer. Unfortunately for him, he had to be pulled out of 2 of those because he was stuck! On a side note, he's saying so much now. The other day he said "there it is" when he handed me something. 3 words together!! And "nope" is his favorite word right now. And everything is purple. He is going to be stubborn.....just like his daddy:)

Too cute, Chloe cheers and is the flyer, you just have to warn their daddys ahead of time. She'll always be the smallest and if you don't want her going up, don't sign her up! It is so much fun though, she loves it! They are cuties, let us know next time you are over this way.
