Slides and Ice Cream

I think that Fall is finally upon us. It's been cool enough during the days that we've been spending LOTS of time outside. Grayer loves to go out and explore. He is totally content just walking around the yard, examining stuff, and playing. We've only had one major disgusting incident, when he picked up a nice fresh chunk of dog poo......yuck! Grayer also got to have his first ice cream cone the other day. Note to new parents: go for the actual hard ice cream instead of soft serve when you do this for the first time. MUCH less dripping!

I think this picture may sum it all up for this girl......playing ball in her dance clothes! She loves to hit the ball from the tee, or even have it pitched to her, and she's really good at making contact. We've started talking about first base, second base, etc so she'll get the basics down before she starts t-ball someday. It's never too early to start, right:)?!
