You will notice that in some of the pictures this time Sophia has on a hat. She wants to wear a hat all the time lately. If we take it off, she gets upset. She will point and say "hat" until we put one on her. We made our trip to San Antonio and Sophia had so much fun. We went to Sea World and she said "fish" when we watched the Shamu show. She traveled great and we had fun seeing old friends. Sophia is signing some things with real understanding and meaning now, like signing food (or hungry) and please together. She is saying more and more, using words like cup, hat, pup, and duck. Her favorite thing to do is look through books and have books read to her. She never tires of the same ones over and over again! We've been having fun in the backyard now that we have some grass. Sophia loves to be outside playing.
